4 Core Teachings

1)

All life was created with a purpose, and all life was meant to live in harmony.

-To explain, our planet is an ecosystem, so are all other planets in existence. In order for life to continue surviving it must reach a balance with all other live around it. This is why some life eats other life, and some life makes its own food. We as humankind are the only creature on earth that does not seem to have the ability to reach equilibrium with the world around us. This must change before we kill ourselves off and the rest of the life on the planet finds a way to go in in spite of us.

-Human beings are naturally omnivore, which means that we require sustenance from animals and plants to survive. We as children of The Mother of the Universe take no fault in the eating of meat; however we fully understand those who wish to refrain from partaking of Animals for whatever the reason. We do not harass others for their dietary choices as long as they doing their best to keep themselves in the natural equilibrium of life.

2)

Social constructs are just that, social constructs. If they take away from any person’s inalienable right to be who they are, then it is a bad social construct. We are here to live and let live, as long as life and its continuation are respected.

-If someone who was born with XX chromosomes feels that they were meant to have an XY chromosome, then let them live their life that way. The same goes for anyone who was born XY and feels they should be XX. It also goes for anyone who feels that their chromosomes do not define what they are.

-If someone prefers the company of an individual of the same chromosome arrangement, then let them enjoy that persons company.

-Life’s continuation is only partially reproduction. Some parts of life are meant to reproduce, while other parts of life are meant to better their species. Not every ant gets to mate with the queen and continue their line, but they all work together to make sure their colony lives and thrives.

-Marriage is a commitment individuals make to one another to support each other regardless of what happens. Marriage should not be taken lightly, however marriage is still merely a social construct. In the rest of the world as we know it, there are some species that mate for life, some that mate with many, and others who solely mate to survive. Therefore, if people of matching chromosomes want to make such a commitment to each other, so be it. If people want to make such a commitment to multiple people, so be it. If some people don’t want to make that commitment but want to mate and further their line, so be it. As long as life continues, and we are furthering it for the betterment of ALL life, then let people live their lives.

3)

Right and wrong are not always universal, but living a life for the betterment of all other life around you should always be your goal.

-Murder is wrong because you are taking a life away from this world.

-Abortion is wrong once the child can live on its own outside the womb because then it is its own life.

-Lying and Cheating are wrong because you are not bettering any other life but your own and it usually leads to making life worse for everyone involved.

-Ravaging the earth for its resources is wrong when there are other ways to get energy that create equilibrium with the rest of the life on the planet.

-Using what the earth provides is the best way to go. Using natural drugs like Marijuana, Herbs, etc. are better than overpriced pharmaceuticals with a long list of side effects. Now there are times where pharmaceuticals are the only available answer, and that’s okay. The Mother of the Universe Church promotes natural healing as much as possible, but understands that natural healing can go only go so far.

4)

Love comes above all else always.

-The Mother of the Universe Church preaches love above all, and we mean it. The one thing every major religion teaches, that most seem to forget, is to love above all else. You cannot make the world a better place with hate.

-Help those less fortunate than you. There is nothing wrong with making money and taking care of you and yours. The problem is when you don’t help others out as well. No you don’t have to give away all your money to charity, but yes you should donate to charities. Buy a homeless person a meal, help a friend down on their luck with basic household supplies, and volunteer at local charities and places that help the less fortunate.

-Compliment others around you whenever possible. Nothing can brighten a person’s day quite like a compliment from someone when they weren’t expecting it.

-Give hugs and kisses and smiles and whatever else you can to loved ones (with full consent before hand). Give words of love and encouragement, and say I love you often as long as you mean it.

-Never go to sleep still angry if you can avoid it. Sleeping on anger solves nothing and usually makes the next day start on a bad note. Even if you can’t solve the problem at least try to get to a point where everyone involved is calm and ready to talk about it civilly.

-Avoid confrontation whenever possible, but only if a solution can be reached without it. Avoiding confrontation when there is no other way to find the solution is the wrong answer. We avoid that drama and confrontation which is unnecessary, but support you when it becomes necessary.
